Webster Technique For Moms-To-Be
Originally developed by Dr. Larry Webster, the Webster Technique is designed to reduce stress on the pelvis by relaxing surrounding ligaments and addressing sacral and pelvic subluxations. These subluxations are common during pregnancy and can contribute to discomfort for the mother and may impact the baby’s ability to move into an optimal head-down position before birth. The purpose of this chiropractic adjustment is to restore proper neuro-biomechanical function by correcting vertebral subluxations.
Gentle "Light Force" Adjustment
Family First Wellness Center is proud to offer the Koren Specific Technique (KST), an advanced method of healing that provides gentle, precise, and highly effective chiropractic care. KST requires no twisting, cracking, or popping—instead, adjustments are delivered using light, specific corrections to the spine and structural system.
KST utilizes the Arthrostim instrument, a handheld device that delivers rapid, low-force taps (12–14 per second) for highly targeted adjustments. Its gentle approach makes it ideal for all ages, from newborns to seniors, and safe for people with conditions such as osteoporosis or other degenerative spinal issues.
This technique complements the chiropractic methods already used in our office and is effective for a wide range of spinal and structural concerns. Patients routinely experience excellent results with this light, safe, and clinically effective approach.
At Family First Wellness Center, we believe you were born to be healthy. Physical, biochemical, and emotional stressors can interfere with the nervous system, creating subluxations that contribute to pain, sickness, or dysfunction. Our team is committed to correcting these interferences within a positive, supportive environment that blends the latest science and technology with compassionate care.
